1. Where do you ship from?
All orders are processed and shipped from our UK fulfilment partners. We currently ship within the United Kingdom and selected international locations.
2. How long does delivery take?
Our standard delivery time is 5–12 business days, including processing and shipping.
- Order Handling Time: 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Shipping Time: 4-9 business days (Monday to Friday)
You’ll receive an email with a tracking link once your parcel has been shipped.
3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free standard shipping.
4. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Please email support@vyroclo.com with your order number to start a return.
We currently do not offer exchanges — please place a new order if you need a different size or colour.
5. What should I do if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact us at support@vyroclo.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
6. How can I track my order?
You can track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email, or by visiting our Order Tracking Page.
7. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled only before they’re dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible — once the order is shipped, cancellations are not possible.
8. Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other major methods available at checkout.
